Programme Manager (Business Transformation)

What you will do

• Define and lead the digital transformation roadmap aligned with strategic objectives and commercial priorities.
• Drive alignment between internal teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders to act as the bridge between business and technology.
• Simplify and standardize customer journeys by replacing manual processes with scalable automation and aligned operating models.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including RAID logs, change control procedures, and executive KPI tracking.
• Oversee system configuration, data migration, integrations, and testing for HubSpot implementation.
• Lead user onboarding, training, and continuous post-implementation optimization to maximize business value.

Requirements

• 8+ years of programme management experience, specifically in HubSpot, SaaS, or digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Strong understanding of programme governance and PM methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Proven ability to integrate multiple workstreams into an overarching programme of delivery.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Legal right to work in the UK is mandatory.
