What you will do

  • Own and execute outbound B2B sales strategy in the UK, driving pipeline across fleets, dealerships, and automotive partners.
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring sustainable revenue and customer relationships.
  • Launch and manage pilot projects with strategic partners to validate business models and growth opportunities.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships aligned with B2B expansion goals.
  • Handle inbound lead qualification and conversion for maximum efficiency.
  • Improve sales playbooks, CRM processes, pitches, and outreach using performance data and UK insights.
  • Act as UK market expert for cross-functional sales, marketing, and business teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in automotive, mobility, SaaS, or tech.
  • Native English proficiency
  • Proven track record in pipeline generation and managing complex sales cycles independently.
  • Strong skills in building relationships, negotiations, and closing commercial agreements.
  • Hands-on mindset balancing strategy and execution, with KPI and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management in fast-paced, international environments.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of UK automotive ecosystem, fleet industry, or dealership networks.
  • Experience with CRM systems, outbound sales tools, and sales enablement.
