Salary: $225,000 – $350,000

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across finance, procurement, patient management, and AI-driven HR verticals.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of high-output execution and customer obsession.
• Partner with distributed engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality product delivery across time zones.
• Conduct deep discovery with clinical operators to translate complex workflow needs into commercially differentiated features.
• Define and track key product metrics including activation, retention, NRR, and feature adoption.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align product milestones with fundraising and business growth objectives.

Requirements

• Must have experience scaling a product from scratch at a VC-backed health tech company.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office 4 days per week.
• Deep domain knowledge of clinical operations, practice management, and healthcare purchasing cycles.
• Proven track record of operating in high-growth, pre-Series C environments without established playbooks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop product teams while maintaining high standards for execution.
• Experience managing cross-functional collaboration with distributed engineering and design teams.
