What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end tactical implementation of sales initiatives to drive scalable and efficient results.
  • Partner with Product Development, Product Marketing, and Value Management to translate roadmaps into operational sales workflows.
  • Optimize sales processes, including lead flow and opportunity qualification standards, for the sales force.
  • Provide hands-on support for the rollout of priority business lines and complex commercial models.
  • Identify and deploy AI-driven tools and automation to streamline tactical tasks and increase productivity.
  • Refine workstreams and launch tactical projects based on insights from leadership and sales forums.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing the roll-out of complex projects and initiatives in high-growth tech environments.
  • Relevant experience in Sales Programs, Sales Operations, or Product Marketing.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to act as a credible partner to BDR, SDR, and AE leadership.
  • English: Fluent communication skills are mandatory for coordinating with global stakeholders.
  • Location: Must be based in Brazil (São Paulo) to support the hybrid/remote model.
