What you will do

• Act as key contact for distribution teams on DC investment and ESG, supporting new business, retention, and intermediary engagement
• Develop relationships with DC investment advisers, promote L&G capabilities, and influence perceptions of DC solutions
• Support relationships with Mastertrust and IGC, drive investment proposition for bundled and unbundled DC solutions
• Represent L&G at conferences and roundtables, gather market feedback, and drive product development
• Maintain market knowledge, discuss industry topics with intermediaries and clients
• Guide and mentor junior team members, communicate investment solutions clearly

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of investments across asset classes, asset allocation, and DC specifics
• Extensive knowledge of fund structures, operational requirements, governance, and DC market landscape
• Thorough understanding of ESG factors and DC ESG requirements
• Client-facing experience essential with excellent presentational and communication skills
• Strong academic background, relevant degree, and investment experience
• Familiarity with DC institutional and bundled platforms
