What you will do

• Lead the implementation of climate risk identification, management, and reporting within LIO processes.
• Enhance climate scenario analysis through improved scrutiny of model components and data quality.
• Refine risk assessment methodologies to improve the usefulness of climate risk-related management information.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Group to align approaches to climate risk management.
• Act as the primary focal point for climate risk for LIO, clients, and regulators.
• Support the delivery of the hirify.global Climate Transition Plan and specific climate targets.

Requirements

• Subject matter expertise in climate risk management frameworks, climate strategy, or scenario analysis.
• In-depth understanding of PRA and IFRS regulatory requirements for life insurers.
• Experience with NGFS climate scenarios or similar private vendor models.
• Ability to translate technical knowledge into actionable investment policies and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of asset classes and their roles in multi-asset and annuity portfolios.

Nice to have

• IMC, CFA, or specialized ESG qualification.
