TL;DR
Client Operations Manager (Asset Management): Delivering end-to-end operational support for institutional clients with segregated mandates with an accent on query resolution, escalations, and process improvement. Location: Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire (hybrid, at least 4 full days per week in office)

What you will do
- Act as primary operational point of contact for Tier 1 institutional clients, developing deep client knowledge.
- Partner with Client Relationship Managers to manage and resolve operational queries and escalations.
- Log, track, and manage client requests in Salesforce per service model.
- Coordinate client meetings and calls, articulating complex operational topics.
- Review Investment Management Agreements for new mandates, document obligations, and implement monitoring.
- Review processes to identify efficiency, automation, and risk reduction opportunities.
- Stay aware of regulatory, market, and industry developments impacting client servicing.
Requirements
- Client servicing experience with direct client contact
- Understanding of operational setup across Asset Management business
- Relationship management, including senior level
- Proven understanding of investment operations, distribution channels, regulatory issues, and systems
- Ability to conduct complex analysis and present data meaningfully
- Track record of reviewing processes and making enhancements
- Working knowledge of robust operating procedures and controls
- Degree-level education; willing to study for industry exams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
