What you will do

• Lead the Group Holding Company’s funding strategy, including the execution and management of debt issuance and bank facilities.
• Oversee group liquidity management, forecasting, stress testing, and contingency funding planning.
• Maintain and manage relationships with banks, investors, rating agencies, and external advisers.
• Partner with Group Finance, Risk, and business units to align funding plans with overall business strategy and regulations.
• Optimize liquidity pool assets and oversee the investments, funding, and hedging of the treasury function.
• Contribute to group recovery plans and solvent exit or wind-down strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in corporate or group treasury with a proven track record in debt capital markets and funding programmes.
• Deep knowledge of liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and balance sheet optimisation, ideally within insurance or asset management.
• Practical experience managing treasury investment portfolios or liquidity pool assets.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to operate at a senior stakeholder level, interacting with Boards and external investors.
