What you will do

• Support ETF Market Makers, Authorized Participants, and Sales & Trading desks to ensure a seamless trading environment.
• Develop surveillance and analytical tools to advance market quality monitoring.
• Coordinate ETF creation, redemption, pricing, and rebalancing with portfolio management and the street.
• Manage the listing process and maintain professional relationships with listing exchanges.
• Analyze regulatory filings, third-party research, and competitor activities to provide market insights.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to educate internal and external participants on ETF construction and valuation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Relevant financial services experience, with a strong preference for prior ETF capital markets roles.
• Advanced quantitative problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to articulate complex investment concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid).
