What you will do

• Support the Head of Non-Financial Risk in executing the overarching strategy and vision for the Private Markets business area.
• Establish and maintain a robust Non-Financial Risk Governance model and automate risk analysis and reporting.
• Develop and maintain Risk Framework documentation, including Risk Appetite Statements, Risk Policies, and RCSA methodology.
• Conduct deep dives, thematic reviews, and Integrated Assurance Reviews in collaboration with internal audit and other governance teams.
• Oversee the RCSA cycle and monitor incident management to identify cultural, technical, and data quality improvements.
• Provide specialist technical advisory on operational risk, model risk, and third-party governance.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the asset management business and associated risk regulatory and technical requirements.
• Strong expertise and robust knowledge of Private Markets.
• Professional degree or qualification in non-financial risk management (or equivalent).
• Experience in team management, including workload and career development.
• Membership in key external professional bodies such as IOR, IRM, or IA.
