What you will do

• Market, originate, and execute bulk annuity and other de-risking opportunities.
• Structure complex transactions and lead negotiations with trustees, companies, and advisers.
• Produce high-quality deliverables for clients and senior stakeholders, including managing work delegation to junior team members.
• Coordinate commercial, investment, longevity, pricing, and legal workstreams to create strong client propositions.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with EBCs and key industry stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop talent within the Pension Risk Transfer team and the broader organization.

Requirements

• Essential knowledge and professional experience in pension risk transfer (PRT) transactions.
• Strong technical skills and a commercial mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proven expertise in project management and internal/external stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to capture and address client needs.
• Must be based in or able to work from London.
• CFA or Qualified Actuary qualification is preferred but not essential.
