What you will do

  • Lead all inventory operations during new data center stand-ups to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Execute precise receipt of high-value inbound shipments (GPUs, networking gear) into the ERP.
  • Act as a Lead Trainer to onboard and certify local site teams.
  • Conduct rigorous audits and cycle counts to maintain asset integrity.
  • Synchronize with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance to eliminate build bottlenecks.
  • Champion the Internal GLO Control Program for enterprise-level compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in data centers or high-tech manufacturing.
  • Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) for export control compliance.
  • Expert-level Excel skills and deep familiarity with ERP/Asset Management software (NetSuite is a plus).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active on-site for full shifts.
  • Capacity for up to 60% travel across assigned US regions.
