TL;DR

Senior Director, MSFT & Partner Solution Sales (AMER): Lead Enterprise Solution Sales team to drive go-to-market strategy with Microsoft sales organizations and execute joint deal cycles for largest customers with an accent on co-sell partnerships and revenue growth. Focus on territory planning, channel orchestration, risk management, and building networks across hirify.global and Microsoft stakeholders.

Location: Remote, United States. Ability to work across different time zones with approximately 25% travel.

Salary: USD $138,240 - $366,840 / year (base). OTE based on 60/40 base/sales incentive.

What you will do

  • Build and lead team of Enterprise Solutions Sales managers focused on largest accounts, training on hirify.global-Microsoft co-sell.
  • Develop relationships with hirify.global and Microsoft leaders to unblock opportunities and drive partnerships.
  • Exceed sales targets by aligning resources, providing thought leadership at events, and engaging end users.
  • Create regional territory plans with stakeholders to capture revenue for hirify.global products and services.
  • Drive channel engagement and partner ecosystem alignment to scale revenue opportunities.
  • Build networks with Microsoft teams, cross-functionally collaborate to generate pipeline and close deals.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in Alliance Management, sales, business development, go-to-market, or partner channel development in technology (or equivalent with Bachelor's/Master's degree).
  • Direct experience co-selling with, through, or into Microsoft’s field sales organizations.
  • Ability to work across time zones with ~25% travel.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale complex enterprise deals.

Nice to have

  • Experience co-selling with hirify.global field sales.
  • Partner management and go-to-market experience.
  • Defining and scaling programmatic sales programs.
  • Experience with MEDPICC/Challenger frameworks.
  • Strong relationship building for consumption/subscription software.
