Vice President, Channel and Strategic Alliances (SaaS): Leading the development of indirect sales GTM and strategic partnerships across the APJ region with an accent on GSI, MSP, and distribution networks. What you will do
- Develop and lead indirect sales Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies across Asia, Pacific, and Japan.
- Strengthen partnerships with ISVs, Global System Integrators (GSI), distributors, and large resellers.
- Manage and empower a team of 12 professionals, including 1st and 2nd line managers.
- Collaborate with Executive, Business Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to build strategic partner plans.
- Define tailored value propositions and GTM plans to increase market appetite for technology.
- Integrate partners into the strategic account process in coordination with sales leadership.
Requirements
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Proven experience in high-tech SaaS scale-ups and complex channel/field alliance transformations.
- Deep experience building strategic practices within Global and Regional SIs (e.g., KPMG, Tech Mahindra).
- Success in establishing and scaling distribution partnerships in mature (Australia, Japan) and emerging markets.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
- Willingness and ability to travel to partners as necessary.
