What you will do
- Support and improve Windows and macOS endpoint platforms, mobile devices, and collaboration tools for a global workforce.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, distribution lists, and mailbox management.
- Manage identity and access via Microsoft Entra ID, covering user lifecycle, groups, and authentication.
- Oversee device provisioning, compliance, patching, and software deployment using Microsoft Intune.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript to reduce manual IT operations.
- Integrate AI-enabled coding tools, LLMs, and TTS/STT solutions into operational workflows and internal tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in end-user computing, endpoint engineering, or IT operations.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.
- Working knowledge of Azure services and scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript).
- Location: Must be based in Miami, FL

- Experience with software asset management tools such as Flexera.
- Background in integrating APIs, internal tools, or workflow automation platforms.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled productivity tools, internal copilots, or chatbots.
- Strong documentation habits for creating repeatable technical procedures.
