What you will do

• Support and improve Windows and macOS endpoint platforms, mobile devices, and collaboration tools for a global workforce.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, distribution lists, and mailbox management.
• Manage identity and access via Microsoft Entra ID, covering user lifecycle, groups, and authentication.
• Oversee device provisioning, compliance, patching, and software deployment using Microsoft Intune.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript to reduce manual IT operations.
• Integrate AI-enabled coding tools, LLMs, and TTS/STT solutions into operational workflows and internal tooling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in end-user computing, endpoint engineering, or IT operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.
• Working knowledge of Azure services and scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript).
• Location: Must be based in Miami, FL

• Experience with software asset management tools such as Flexera.
• Background in integrating APIs, internal tools, or workflow automation platforms.
