What you will do

• Collaborate with product and engineering partners to deliver solutions across the full project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities and facilitate UX research and discovery.
• Create prototypes of varying fidelity to solve complex problems and test with customers.
• Partner with engineering during implementation to ensure the design vision is realized.
• Provide feedback and critique to the design team to elevate quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a product design role for software applications.
• Experience leading design projects from concept through launch.
• Strong visual design sensibilities for consumer-grade enterprise products.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Must be based in or able to work in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced environments or B2B SaaS companies.
• Experience designing for experimentation, analytics, or optimization workflows.
• Familiarity with marketing automation software (email, push, SMS).
• Hands-on use of AI and code to prototype and refine user experiences.
