Product Designer (AI)

hirify.global is a self-funded, family-founded product company creating an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, with offices in Lisbon and San Francisco.

What you will do

• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and translate findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries while following platform-specific guidelines.
• Own the design process from ideation and user flows through final visual design and responsive implementation.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and User Research to define requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
• Refine designs using user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics, while mentoring less experienced designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, usability, and visual detail.
• Familiarity with iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design, and responsive web design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing and applying qualitative and quantitative feedback.
