TL;DR

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Salary: €36K – €46K

What you will do

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and translate insights into wireframes and prototypes.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for iOS, Android, and web platforms.
  • Own the entire design process from concept to final visual design ensuring responsive experiences across devices.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to shape product strategy and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics to improve user satisfaction and engagement.
  • Mentor less experienced designers and promote a collaborative design culture.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Lisbon for on-site work
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and usability.
  • Familiarity with native mobile design guidelines and responsive web design principles.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing applying qualitative and quantitative feedback.
