What you will do

• Own end-to-end design from concept to delivery across conversational experiences, character creation, and monetization flows.
• Design for engagement, retention, and conversion at scale for a massive user base.
• Create and iterate on visual content (image and video) to support product exploration and growth surfaces.
• Proactively identify product opportunities and define new interaction patterns for AI-native experiences.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Design Lead, PMs, and Engineers to solve complex product problems.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products with excellent product thinking.
• High proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, with the ability to choose appropriate fidelity for testing.
• Technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools and engineering constraints.
• Portfolio is mandatory for consideration.
• Comfortable working with NSFW product experiences.
• High ownership and ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-native, conversational, or highly interactive social products.
• Experience designing monetization and subscription models.
• Background in adult (NSFW) user experiences.
• Skills in motion design, design systems, or front-end adjacent experience.
