Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Work from anywhere; fully remote. The role includes a yearly in-person team gathering.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design across conversational experiences, character creation, monetization flows, growth experiences, interactive features, and emerging product areas.
• Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
• Design for engagement, retention, monetization, and conversion at scale.
• Create and iterate on image and video content for product exploration, in-product experiences, and marketing and growth surfaces.
• Develop original product ideas, interaction patterns, and creative concepts through proactive exploration and experimentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Leadership, and the Product Design Lead while balancing speed, experimentation, and craft.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products.
• Excellent product thinking, interaction design, visual judgment, and design taste.
• Strong prototyping skills, including the ability to choose between design tools and code-based prototypes.
• Technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools, engineering constraints, and implementation realities.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with confidence defending ideas and pushing back thoughtfully.
• High ownership, independent decision-making, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-native, conversational, social, or highly interactive products.
• Experience with creative tooling, content workflows, technical experimentation, monetization or subscription products.
• Experience designing NSFW or adult user experiences.
• Motion, systems, or front-end-adjacent experience.
