Senior Director, Accounting & Controllership

What you will do

• Own global monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles, driving improvements in timeliness and efficiency.
• Lead design, implementation, and maturation of internal controls and compliance framework.
• Handle technical accounting research, policy setting, and documentation for complex US GAAP areas like revenue recognition and business combinations.
• Build external reporting function and act as liaison to external auditors and Audit Committee.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, and other teams as strategic accounting partner.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of accounting leaders.

Requirements

• 12+ years progressive accounting experience, including 4+ years in senior leadership
• Public-company or late-stage private-company experience required
• CPA required; Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related
• Deep US GAAP expertise in revenue recognition (ASC 606), business combinations, equity compensation.
• Experience leading global accounting teams and internal controls programs.
• Hands-on with NetSuite or similar ERP; FloQast preferred.
• Software/SaaS industry experience strongly preferred.
