What you will do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for federal and aerospace customers aligned with hirify.global's technology roadmap.
• Identify emerging opportunities through market research, tradeshows, and customer hirify.globalligence.
• Create market penetration plans for priority accounts and new customer acquisition.
• Lead business case analysis for opportunities, evaluating technical requirements and profitability.
• Collaborate with capture teams on winning strategies for government procurement.
• Serve as technical liaison between customers and hirify.global's engineering, product, and manufacturing teams.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences and forums, and partner with sales and marketing for customer strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or market development within semiconductor, aerospace, defense, or federal technology sectors

• Experience in AI/ML/GenAI, Autonomy, Edge Computing, Cybersecurity, Digital Twins, Sensor Fusion, Computer Vision, Mission Critical Systems, xPUs, or Standards/Certifications
