What you will do
- Own outbound sales in Luxembourg: prospect and engage SMEs, finance leaders via multi-channel outreach including cold calls, LinkedIn, events.
- Build qualified pipeline and convert inbound leads across full product suite.
- Run end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, demos, negotiation, close, and handover.
- Develop understanding of local SME landscape, competitors, and refine ICP with Sales Director.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting, and share market insights with Product and Marketing.
- Represent at local events and networking.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, French, and Luxembourgish (German plus)
- 5+ years B2B sales in FinTech, SaaS, banking, or financial services.
- Proven outbound track record building pipeline from scratch.
- Experience selling to SME founders, finance leaders, C-level.
- Strong with CRM and sales tech stack; self-starter mentality.
