What you will do

• Develop and manage the B2B sales pipeline specifically within the Asia-focused market.
• Identify and attract new clients interested in cross-border payment and account opening solutions.
• Conduct the full sales cycle from initial outreach to onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Build strategic partnerships with international businesses, PSPs, agents, and financial partners.
• Collaborate closely with internal compliance and operations teams during onboarding processes.
• Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and business meetings.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or B2B financial sales.
• Strong understanding of cross-border payments, account opening, or financial infrastructure products.
• Experience working with international clients and Asian markets.
• Russian language proficiency and good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales cycle.
