What you will do

• Understand customer use cases and processes to provide optimal guidance on hirify.global usage.
• Proactively reach out to customers via email and phone (80% of time on calls) to share best practices.
• Maximize customer lifetime value by unlocking product potential and driving upsell/cross-sell.
• Drive adoption across customer teams and Net Retention.

Requirements

• 1+ years in customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Support)
• Fluent English with strong verbal/written communication
• Prepare to work evening shift (16:30 - 01:00) CEST
• Keen business sense to identify objectives and pain points
• Passion for teaching and diving into product technical details
• Ready for sales activities: demos, negotiations, pipeline management, deal closing
• Excellent people skills, organization, and time management
