What you will do
- Act as a strategic partner to the sales team to maintain account continuity and support post-sale activities.
- Lead the technical deployment and onboarding of the platform and its new capabilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving technical issues and ensuring a high-quality experience.
- Drive long-term customer relationships by introducing new features and leading roadmap discussions.
- Collaborate with sales during renewals and expansion to align technical planning with customer business needs.
- Advocate for customer needs cross-functionally with Product Management and Technical Support teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing SaaS roles such as Technical Account Management or Solution Architecture.
- Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), cybersecurity, or DevOps.
- Proven experience leading technical projects and managing cloud deployments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical solutions to business goals.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications in cloud or security.
