What you will do
- Serve as primary business-facing contact and trusted advisor for strategic customers.
- Own post-sale customer journey from onboarding through renewal, ensuring smooth handoffs.
- Drive renewals and expansions by tracking timelines, forecasting risks, and partnering with Sales.
- Develop joint success plans aligned to customer objectives, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Lead QBRs, program reviews, and executive readouts.
- Collaborate with TAMs and Sales to drive adoption and communicate value.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles in SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of cloud security programs and value-driven success methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Proven track record driving adoption, managing complex accounts, and leading cross-functional programs.
- Experience partnering with technical teams and Sales to support outcomes and retention.
- Ability to connect technical capabilities to business impact, security outcomes, and ROI.
