What you will do

  • Serve as primary business-facing contact and trusted advisor for strategic customers.
  • Own post-sale customer journey from onboarding through renewal, ensuring smooth handoffs.
  • Drive renewals and expansions by tracking timelines, forecasting risks, and partnering with Sales.
  • Develop joint success plans aligned to customer objectives, KPIs, and success criteria.
  • Lead QBRs, program reviews, and executive readouts.
  • Collaborate with TAMs and Sales to drive adoption and communicate value.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles in SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security programs and value-driven success methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Proven track record driving adoption, managing complex accounts, and leading cross-functional programs.
  • Experience partnering with technical teams and Sales to support outcomes and retention.
  • Ability to connect technical capabilities to business impact, security outcomes, and ROI.
