TL;DR

Product Manager (Identity): Leading the hirify.global Identity Provider (KIP) to build a unified identity layer for the hirify.global Group consumer ecosystem with an accent on strategy, P&L, and partner integrations. Focus on implementing OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, managing C-level stakeholders, and creating frictionless cross-product user experiences.

Location: Remote or Office in Ukraine

What you will do

  • Own KIP end-to-end, managing strategy, roadmap, partner integrations, and user-facing surfaces.
  • Define team goals, KPIs, and OKRs aligned with the group's ecosystem strategy to maximize business impact.
  • Manage P&L, including the commercial design of cross-product use cases and revenue model evolution.
  • Coordinate partner relationships, resolve roadmap conflicts, and lead architectural discussions on integration models.
  • Develop product strategy and secure buy-in from C-level executives (CEO, CTO, CISO).
  • Collaborate with discovery, engineering, security, and design teams to deliver and measure new features.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with proven success defined by metrics.
  • Experience with platform, identity (SSO, IdP), payments, or other infrastructure-class products.
  • Conceptual understanding of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect to engage in technical architecture debates.
  • Strong technical proficiency in API design principles and system integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in both Ukrainian and English languages for strategy documents and executive presentations.
  • Deep understanding of the telco business.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of adjacent verticals such as ride-hailing, health, content, or retail.
  • 1+ years of people management experience.
