TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead full-funnel growth initiatives covering awareness, acquisition, engagement, retention, and referral.
  • Develop and execute data-driven experiments to identify and scale impactful growth levers.
  • Own and optimize key performance metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and churn.
  • Design multi-channel strategies involving performance marketing, CRM (email, push), SEO/ASO, and partnerships.
  • Build analytics frameworks using Tableau to uncover insights and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of curiosity and experimentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, data-driven product marketing, or consultancy.
  • Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and improving retention via funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with data tools like Tableau.
  • Experience designing and executing A/B tests and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Fluent in English and Ukrainian.

Hiring process

  • Introductory 45-min video call with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • 60-min deep-dive interview with the Head of CEE Marketplace regarding marketing strategies.
  • Technical exercise (fully remote) followed by a 60-min presentation to key stakeholders.
  • Final 30-min validation call with the COO.
