What you will do
- Lead full-funnel growth initiatives covering awareness, acquisition, engagement, retention, and referral.
- Develop and execute data-driven experiments to identify and scale impactful growth levers.
- Own and optimize key performance metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and churn.
- Design multi-channel strategies involving performance marketing, CRM (email, push), SEO/ASO, and partnerships.
- Build analytics frameworks using Tableau to uncover insights and inform strategic decision-making.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of curiosity and experimentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, data-driven product marketing, or consultancy.
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and improving retention via funnel optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with data tools like Tableau.
- Experience designing and executing A/B tests and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian.

Hiring process
- Introductory 45-min video call with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- 60-min deep-dive interview with the Head of CEE Marketplace regarding marketing strategies.
- Technical exercise (fully remote) followed by a 60-min presentation to key stakeholders.
- Final 30-min validation call with the COO.
