What you will do

• Run influencer discovery and build creator shortlists
• Reach out to creators, track responses, and support negotiations
• Support campaign delivery from brief to launch, including collecting assets and performing quality checks
• Maintain Airtable records, track timelines, deliverables, and progress
• Prepare performance inputs, flag risks, and assist with client updates

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Comfortable with tools like Airtable, Notion
• Clear written communication skills
• Organized, reliable, proactive, and quick to improve with feedback
