What you will do
- Drive organic inbound strategy and implementation to scale website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue.
- Develop and execute SEO actions, keyword research, link-building, and on/off-page optimization.
- Identify new organic revenue opportunities and execute content promotion on social media.
- Manage campaign ROIs, brand KPIs, marketing budget, and resource allocation.
- Lead the Italian marketing team and external suppliers like PR agencies, copywriters, and freelancers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Performance, and Marketing Ops to meet market goals.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Italian and English.
- 5+ years as Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar in a growing company.
- Strong track record of achievements, overachievement on KPIs, and promotions.
- Deep SEO knowledge: keyword research, link-building, on-page/off-page optimization, acquisition tactics.
- CRM and customer journey expertise: funnel optimization, nurturing, scoring.
- Analytical skills to optimize inbound programs; drive, tenacity, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
