What you will do

• Own and scale social ecosystem across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, including main brand, UGC accounts, AI creators, and R&D channels.
• Drive organic acquisition, funnel contribution, and social-driven revenue through measurable growth.
• Build structured content engine: trend discovery, concepting, production, publishing, analysis, and iteration; run dozens of bets monthly.
• Lead lean cross-functional production team (designer, motion designer, creator, nutrition expert, externals) and own end-to-end pipeline including budget.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows for research, ideation, scripting, editing to increase output 5-10x without quality loss.
• Lead viral trend experimentation in fitness/nutrition using sub-brands/R&D accounts before scaling to main feed.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Science, and Influencer teams for accurate, reusable messaging.

Requirements

• Think in systems, focus on commercial outcomes over reach/engagement.
• Brand thinker and performance operator who moves fast and iterates ruthlessly.
• Scaled consumer product social presence by 1M+ followers across channels with specific bets.
• Drove significant social revenue/conversion growth (5x+).
• Launched social channel from zero, bonus for sub-brand/R&D.
• Led small cross-functional creative team (5-10 people) end-to-end with budget.
• Built repeatable testing/iteration systems.
• Embedded AI tools into production workflows.
• 4+ years in Social Media, Content Strategy, Brand Producing, or Organic Growth for consumer products; global/English audience experience strongly preferred.
