What you will do

• Own organic social strategy including channel mix, content pillars, posting cadence, and platform-specific approaches for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Personally produce flagship content and AI-driven experiments using generative tools like Kling, Midjourney, Runway, and ElevenLabs.
• Maintain consistent weekly publishing cadence and prototype scalable content formats.
• Collaborate with NA Social Media Manager, Creative Director, regional leads, PR, and marketing teams.
• Track key metrics like views, reach, engagement, and audience growth; run test-and-learn processes and deliver monthly insights.

Requirements

• Portfolio of personally produced social content, including AI-generated work (video, imagery, audio) - submit link or PDF.
• 2-4 years in social media with at least 1 year of strategic channel ownership.
• Deep fluency in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube formats, algorithms, and Gen Z audience preferences in INTL markets.
• Native or fluent English; working Spanish a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with social analytics tools (platform-native or third-party like Sprout Social).
• Self-directed with experience across multiple European markets.

Nice to have

• Comfortable on camera for first-person content.
• Experience leading or mentoring others.
• Background in marketplaces, e-commerce, or local services.
• Motion design or visual storytelling skills.
