What you will do

• Own and scale the community strategy across Discord, Reddit, and other emerging platforms to drive growth.
• Lead the seasonal community calendar, delivering high-impact activations aligned with LiveOps and game beats.
• Foster positive player relationships through daily engagement and the maintenance of strict moderation standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, LiveOps, and Creative teams for integrated campaigns.
• Define, track, and report on community performance metrics to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Manage external partners and agencies to ensure consistent community voice and best-in-class execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community management or social media, preferably within gaming or entertainment.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale Discord and Reddit communities.
• Deep understanding of YouTube, Twitch, and the creator ecosystem.
• Ability to balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on daily execution.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making and reporting.
• Must be based in or able to work on a hybrid basis in Barcelona, Spain.
