What you will do

• Take full ownership of project initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Lead and grow the Industrial Solutions team to provide exemplary customer service across the region.
• Coordinate assets and build schedules, adjusting them dynamically as project scopes change.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and accountability are maintained on all sites.
• Collaborate with the Sales team on bidding, layout, and resource assignment.
• Track KPIs, margins, and EBITDA to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the environmental or a related industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing a team.
• Certifications: Confined space, 40-hour HAZWOPER, and OSHA 30 are required.
• Deep knowledge of government regulations, including DOT, OSHA, and EPA.
• Proficiency in Excel, NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar operating systems.
• Clean driving record.
