What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end execution of market research projects from initial handoff through to final invoicing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing daily updates and leading process calls.
• Oversee project fielding using both internal and external samples, ensuring timelines are met.
• Perform rigorous quality checks and reconcile project data to ensure accuracy of deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize project efficiency and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the market research industry.
• Must be based in Denver or Boston for daily onsite presence.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high-level client interaction.
