What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing project health and driving team performance.
• Govern sprint delivery, SAFe alignment, and milestone tracking through strict phase gates and KPI scorecards.
• Manage the project RAID log, handle Change Requests (CRs), and track key performance metrics.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and transition from T&M to Fixed Price models.
• Coordinate internal ML engineers and external Product Owners to ensure seamless delivery.
• Oversee project ramp-up, environment readiness audits, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience managing IT delivery projects across multiple teams.
• Deep knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent Agile delivery certification.
• Proficiency in contract interpretation (SOW, MSA) and delivery financial management.
• English: C1+ proficiency required for written and verbal communication.
• Location: Must be based in Poland.
