What you will do

• Lead client communications and act as the primary point of contact for program-level topics.
• Manage program planning, reporting, KPIs, budgets, and capacity utilization.
• Identify and manage risks and coordinate project elaborations and SOWs.
• Serve as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies and coaching on frameworks.
• Maintain backlog health, effort estimation, and sprint progress tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote Agile values across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading IT projects and programs.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-team Agile programs with international clients.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and the SDLC.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Must be based in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, or CSM.
• Previous technical experience as a Software Developer, QA, or Technical Consultant.
• Experience with Agile coaching or process improvement initiatives.
