Salary: Gross from 6500 EUR/month

• Analyze delivery across teams to identify gaps in processes, ownership, and coordination.
• Implement lightweight, scalable improvements to delivery systems.
• Build dashboards and define metrics to turn data into actionable insights.
• Drive stalled initiatives and clarify priorities and next steps.
• Introduce AI and automation to improve planning, reporting, and coordination.
• Define ownership boundaries and strengthen collaboration at scale.

Requirements

• Experience working with engineering or product organizations.
• Background in delivery, operations, program management, or transformation.
• Proven track record of managing cross-team initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong proficiency in metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear structure and actionable plans.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for senior engineers and leaders.
