TL;DR

Account Manager (Data Centre): Manage key stakeholder relationships and lead solution selling strategies for critical infrastructure products and services with an accent on driving sales growth and profitability. Focus on building sales pipelines, executing strategic plans to win projects, and leading commercial negotiations.

Location: Candidates have to be based in Germany (Munich, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Neuss, Arnstorf, München). Occasional travel abroad may be required. Flexible working arrangements.

What you will do

  • Drive sales growth and profitability for products and services.
  • Secure hirify.global as preferred partner by promoting full product and service portfolio.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and end customers across industries.
  • Develop balanced sales pipeline and ensure continuous project flow.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to win key projects and grow partner relationships.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate with sales teams to close opportunities.
  • Present hirify.global capabilities to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales account management in an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Centre industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of Cooling, AC power, Switch Gear, Batteries, or Busbars.
  • Demonstrated success in managing sales, negotiations, and key customer relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to execute strategic plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
