What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities and lead pitches for named public sector accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans using a consultative selling approach to ensure enterprise-wide deployments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders up to Executive C-level.
  • Orchestrate internal resources, including System Engineers and Channel Managers, to maximize sales volume.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure customer value and communicate product roadmaps to mitigate business risks.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the hi-tech industry, with a preference for Cybersecurity and Networking.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas with demonstrated career growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both German and English.
  • Must be based in Switzerland.
  • High level of motivation, attention to detail, and a competitive mindset.
