What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process for subscription customers in the EMEA region to ensure high retention rates.
- Execute churn and dunning processes effectively and accurately to minimize revenue loss.
- Identify and escalate upsell and cross-sell opportunities for the EMEA Sales team.
- Maintain high CRM data integrity by documenting all activities and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Resolve customer complaints and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding renewal targets.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal for a hybrid work arrangement.
