What you will do

• Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP)
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll-related data
• Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, transfers, exits)
• Support line managers and employees on HR topics and annual processes (appraisals, salary, bonus)
• Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools (Atoss)
• Advise on HR policies, procedures, employment conditions, and liaise with stakeholders

Requirements

• Education in Human Resources or similar
• At least 2 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment
• Very good understanding of HR processes and systems (SAP SuccessFactors), up-to-date HR knowledge
• Proficient in French and English
• Strong team player with good communication skills, high customer orientation, and service thinking
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French labour law
• Experience in administration and payroll
