• Take full ownership of clinic performance and customer outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care and advanced diagnostic assessments.
• Recommend and fit solutions from a comprehensive product portfolio of hearing technology.
• Act as a brand ambassador, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Manage the complete Hearingcare journey for customers within a modern clinic environment.
• Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand.

Requirements

• BSc in Audiology or an equivalent degree.
• HCPC registration.
• 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
