What you will do
- Conduct initial and follow-up remote clinical consultations via video to assess eligibility and monitor CBPM treatment.
- Independently prescribe CBPM in accordance with national guidelines, organisational policies, and clinical governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and pharmacies to ensure safe evidence-based prescribing and timely medication delivery.
- Manage repeat prescribing reauthorisations and implement treatment changes based on MHRA alerts or national guidance.
- Act as a Level 3 Safeguarding practitioner, assessing and escalating safeguarding concerns.
- Participate in clinical audits and work with governance teams to maintain compliance with CQC standards.
Requirements
- Professional regulation with NMC or HCPC.
- Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Master’s level or equivalent).
- Independent Prescriber qualification (V300).
- Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in advanced clinical assessment and prescribing.
- Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in using electronic health records and Microsoft Office.
- Must be based in the UK (Hybrid role).
