What you will do
- Deliver impactful training sessions and workshops to audiologists across the region.
- Develop tailored training materials to showcase product capabilities.
- Serve as a strategic partner between the sales team and hearing care professionals.
- Support product launches, onboarding, and key account management.
- Utilize various learning methods, including in-person and digital formats.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align training with strategic business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in audiology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hearing aid dispensing (at least 2 in private/retail channels).
- HCPC registration or eligibility to register.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills and ability to educate groups using Adult Learning Principles.
- Availability for 80% travel (Domestic and North Europe).
