What you will do

• Deliver impactful training sessions and workshops to audiologists across the region.
• Develop tailored training materials to showcase product capabilities.
• Serve as a strategic partner between the sales team and hearing care professionals.
• Support product launches, onboarding, and key account management.
• Utilize various learning methods, including in-person and digital formats.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align training with strategic business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in audiology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hearing aid dispensing (at least 2 in private/retail channels).
• HCPC registration or eligibility to register.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate groups using Adult Learning Principles.
• Availability for 80% travel (Domestic and North Europe).
