What you will do

• Deliver impactful training sessions and workshops to audiologists across the region
• Develop tailored training materials for products
• Act as trusted partner between sales and hearing care professionals
• Support product launches, onboarding, and key account activities
• Use in-person, virtual, and digital learning methods
• Collaborate with North Europe team to alihirify.global training with strategic goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in audiology
• Minimum 3 years experience in hearing aid dispensing, at least 2 in private/retail channels
• Valid driver’s license
• HCPC registered or eligible
• Effective communicator for small/large groups using Adult Learning Principles
• Organised with flexible schedule for travel and ad hoc events
