What you will do

  • Support Clinical Pharmacists by reviewing prescription requests and associated patient documentation.
  • Assess patient records to ensure eligibility in line with clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Identify missing or inconsistent information and escalate queries to the Clinical Pharmacist team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and prescription records within internal systems.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, and support teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and quality assurance procedures.

Requirements

  • Hold a Level 3 NVQ in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent qualification).
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Previous experience working in a pharmacy, primary care, or wider healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, governance, and standard operating procedures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of work accurately.
  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid in London.
