What you will do

• Respond to medical and safety enquiries from healthcare professionals and patients via phone, email, and web platforms.
• Provide accurate responses using approved product information, scientific literature, and internal data.
• Document and report adverse events and product complaints in line with regulatory standards.
• Log all enquiries into internal systems in a clear, timely, and compliant manner.
• Write high-quality custom medical responses based on client-approved resources.
• Perform quality checks on safety reports and medical enquiries to ensure service quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or Medicine.
• Fluency (C1) in Spanish and English, both written and oral.
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and an interest in drug safety, medical information, or regulatory affairs.
