TL;DR

Clinical Account Specialist (Medtech): Launching new hospitals and driving organic growth of the install base for an EEG platform with an accent on medical education and physician training. Focus on expanding product adoption in acute care centers, building clinical advocacy, and managing new account launches.

Location: Must live near a major airport (Target cities: Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis, Columbus). Requires 80-90% travel.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 USD

What you will do

  • Expand hirify.global usage within existing acute and critical care centers.
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to launch the system at new customer sites.
  • Drive the introduction of new products and technology to existing customers.
  • Educate and train physicians and clinical staff on proper product usage.
  • Develop a qualified lead funnel through formal presentations and peer-to-peer education.
  • Manage the deployment and departmental expansion of hirify.global products.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of critical care sales experience OR 5+ years of medical device/pharma sales experience.
  • Alternatively, RNs with industry experience supporting sales teams.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence change through consensus.
  • Ability to travel 80-90% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Start-up experience or experience with disruptive technology.
  • Neuro ICU clinical experience.
  • Medical device sales experience.
