What you will do

• Lead revenue forecasting, annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting.
• Drive the narrative for board meetings and investor relations, reporting directly to the CFO.
• Analyze unit economics, gross margins, and define CAC/LTV by customer segment.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to iterate on pricing and packaging for software and services.
• Conduct rigorous analysis on TAM and M&A to optimize capital allocation.
• Implement AI-driven FP&A tools to automate variance analysis and rolling forecasts.

Requirements

• Experience owning forecasting and analytical decision-making at a high-growth company.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and a "model-builder" mindset.
• Ability to use SQL to extract and analyze data independently.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into compelling stories for executives.
• Must be based in or be able to work from San Francisco, New York, or Denver.
