FP&A Manager (AI)

TL;DR

FP&A Manager (AI/SaaS): Lead ARR and revenue forecasting across Enterprise and Self-Service motions with an accent on driver-based models, AI automation, and performance visibility for GTM. Focus on building automated pipelines, scenario modeling for pricing/expansion, and partnering with CRO/CMO to drive strategic decisions and capital allocation.

What you will do

• Lead monthly/quarterly ARR and revenue forecasts using driver-based models (pipeline, conversion, ramp, pricing, usage, expansion).
• Build automated CRM data pipelines with RevOps/Data teams and translate indicators into insights.
• Provide scenario modeling for pricing, sales capacity, and expansion strategies; monitor retention/expansion trends.
• Support quota setting, commissions, territory design, capacity planning, and marketing funnel analysis (CAC, ROI).
• Drive business reviews, performance reporting, and data-driven GTM investment decisions.

Requirements

• Direct experience implementing AI tooling and scalable FP&A systems for workflow/forecasting automation
• Advanced financial modeling skills with judgement to build vs. automate
• Direct experience supporting sales and marketing
• Fluency in SaaS/usage-based metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, payback)
• Executive communication skills for clear, confident presentations
• AI-first mindset: actively use/experiment with advanced AI tools daily

Nice to have

• 5-7 years in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking
• Experience in Series C+ high-growth environments
• Usage-based revenue forecasting and consumption modeling
